Hunt The Delozier Ranch

Hunting at The Delozier Ranch is a true West Texas experience. Hunters will encounter rugged draws covered with mesquite brush and cactus, along with scenic bluffs edged with towering live oaks. The ranch's landscape and thick cover will challenge even the most seasoned hunter, offering a rewarding hunt that extends beyond the trophy animal.

All hunts at The Delozier Ranch are guided and last 3 or 4 days. Meals, lodging, ground transportation to and from the airport, and all beverages are included. Our lodging accomodations offer comfortable beds and a western style atmosphere. The ranch facilites also include the use of a walk in cooler along with state of the art skinning and caping facilities.

Also, don't forget the evening gatherings around the campfire with your favorite beverage, discusssing the days' hunt, along with other stories experienced near and afar.

50% deposit required to secure the hunt. Trophy bucks are any 6.5 year old or older bucks that should score from 160 - 200+. Management bucks are any mature buck 4.5 or 5.5 years old that don't reach the ranch's trophy buck guidelines, usually deer that score from 140 - 150 with 8 or 9 points.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A HUNT. GROUP HUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO A DISCOUNT. A CONTRACT WILL BE SENT OUT TO CONFIRM DATES.

Please be reminded that should you have to cancel your hunt, all fees paid will be forfeited unless we can replace your spot at full price. Also, you should remember that your balance is due 30 days prior to hunt and failure to satisfy this payment policy could result in cancellation of hunt. For the last several years now we have been encouraging our clients to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance which would cover certain unforeseen events. A company we recommend is Travel Guard who offers a Sportsman's Travel Insurance Plan. In addition to covering lost fees associated with cancellations, this package provides other benefits such as medical evacuation, lost luggage, trip delays, and more. Our no refund policy is no fun for us to enforce as we regret when someone pays their fees but is not able to attend their hunt; but we have landowner fees and commitments, staff obligations, as well as your normal overhead costs associated with running a business. Working for another outfitter for years, I�m reminded of a saying we had while working there. � If you purchased a Super Bowl ticket and could not attend, do you think you would receive a refund or a free seat next year? Not likely.� So I highly recommend considering Travel Guard if you can't bear the thought of losing your paid fees due to cancellation.
